Pretties Policies and terms & conditions:

Orders are processed up to 3 business days upon purchase date. Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a tracking # via email. We appreciate your patience and support.

Pretties products pass several levels of quality control inspections to ensure highest standard.

Please check the address on your order confirmation and your shipping confirmation to review it is the correct shipping address. We will not be responsible for addresses entered incorrectly or incomplete. If an address is filled out incorrectly and is considered undeliverable by USPS, the order will be cancelled & refunded minus a 10% handling fee. 

Also please make sure you are entering the correct city for your zip code by checking on the USPS POSTAL CODE LOOKUP website https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm. Cities entered incorrectly, IE New York city for a Brooklyn, address might result in a USPS address correction to a different zip code than entered in your order and Pretties is not responsible as we consider that an incorrect address.

We cannot combine shipping on orders.

*** Please be aware if you order a PRE-ORDER item with other non pre-order time, ALL of the order will be shipping on the Pre-Order shipping date. If you want them shipped separately, please order separately.***

What are your shipping fees? Domestic and International:

Domestic $3.95 USPS First Class or $7.95 USPS Priority Mail.

International rates start at $8.99. 

Domestic Holiday Expedited Flat Rate $29.00.

Shipping times:

USPS First Class: 4-18 days average after shipment received by USPS

USPS Priority: 2-3 days after shipment received by USPS

International via Post: 3-6 weeks on average after shipment 

Australia Shipping: 2-4 weeks on average after shipment

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for orders in the USA:

Return Policy for USA:

Online purchases may be exchanged or returned for refund within 7 days of delivery of the item. Items must be in their original and unworn condition. We ask that you please return merchandise in its original packaging. We are unable to accept any garments that have been worn or returned in a soiled condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not reach our standards. If items are returned soiled or smelling of excessive perfume,, we charge a $5.00 cleaning fee. If items are returned unsellable and are worn extensively, no refund will be forthcoming and if you’d like us to return the garment to you, we will charge $7.95 for shipping and handling.

Returns requests after 7 days will incur a 25%-50% restocking fee at Pretties discretion. You MUST email us at orders@prettiesvenice.com to request an RA (Return Authorization). Return requests MUST CONTAIN THE ORDER NUMBER. Packages returned without an issued RA will not be eligible for return or exchange. Issued RA number must be visible on the outside of the package, if it is not visible you may be subject to a $5.00 - $25.00 handling fee. Returns MUST include our full address and suite number. No returns at all after 30 days. We do not allow shipping of more than one order number per RA number.

If you request an RA and do not hear back from us, you must contact us again within the RA period which is 7 days upon receipt. Please check your spam/junk mail, as we will not be responsible for emails claimed to not be received. If you have not received your RA # within the 7 days RA request period, we will consider your request outside of the the 7 day window and your order will be subject to the Returns requests after 7 days & will incur a 25%-50% restocking fee at Pretties discretion.

Please make sure all returned packages are made with trackable & insured service as we are not responsible for packages that do not have confirmed delivery.

What is the return procedure?: 

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please email us at orders@PrettiesVenice.com and we will issue you a return authorization number which must be written on your return package to avoid a $5 penalty for not having RA writtin on outside of package. . Please keep the tracking number of the RMA package until you are refunded. We recommend insuring package as we are not responsible for the returns sent to us until there is a confirmed delivery back to us. .

Make sure to send out your return no longer than 5 business days after RMA is issued. If shipped after 5 business days , Pretties will not accept your return/exchange. We can send your late return back for a $7.95 fee. Your refund or exchange will be issued within 9 business days of receipt of returned merchandise and may take a few extra days to appear on your account. 

What is the exchange procedure?:

Please email orders@prettiesvenice.com to request an exchange RA. We will check our inventory and confirm if your exchange is possible. Your package must have the RA number on it and it must be shipped within 5 days of issue. We must receive the returned merchandise before we can send out your exchange. 

For exchanges, we can only allow exchanges for the same style in a different size. We do not allow exchanging for a different style. Exchanges are always mailed out First Class Shipping. We allow one exchange per order, and after that store credit only.

What if I did not receive my package?

Packages showing as delivered and confirmed by USPS or FEDEX but you claimed you have not received are a matter of Mail theft and Pretties DOES NOT cover theft after a confirmed delivery. First Class Mail does NOT come with insurance and we suggest choosing the Priority Mail option as it comes with a $100 insurance and you may email us within an hour after placing your order to add more insurance as per current cost of insurance rates by USPS or FEDEX. Insurance is only for packages lost or dadmaged in transit and do not have a delviery scan, Many credit card companies and debit cards offer Purchase Protection which covers postage theft and you should check with them before placing and order

If a domestic package is not accepted, unclaimed by the recipient and/or returned to sender by USPS or FEDEX, the shipping company will return the package to us and once we receive the package back we can then refund you minus a 20% handling fee and the shipping costs.

If you have not received your package and the tracking still shows as undelivered, you must contact us within 21 days of the shipping date.

What if an item is missing from my order?

You must notify us within 72 hours of confirmed delivery of your order if you are claiming an item is missing. We will check our records to confirm if all items in your order were sent. We take pictures and record weights of every package!!! These weights are confirmed by USPS and FEDEX. If we find we left out an item, we will send it out with no extra cost to you. If our records indicate the item was sent out but is missing upon opening of your package, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY also known as Mail Theft. No insurance claims can be made for unsubstantiated missing item claims on Priority Mail Packages. Remember, 1st Class Mail does NOT come with insurance.

What if something is wrong with my order?:

If anything is wrong with your order please email us at orders@prettiesvenice.com. If your package hasn’t been delivered within 21 days, please reach out to us at orders@prettiesvenice.com. If you do not hear back from us in 72 hours, you must reach out to us again.

Who pays for the return shipping?:

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for both returns and exchange back to Pretties. Pretties pays to re-ship the exchange.

Can I make a change to my delivery address?

No. If you want to change delivery address please email orders@PrettiesVenice.com. We can try and to cancel your order (with small fee) but there is no guarantee. New orders must be placed with correct delivery address due to credit card processing regulations. All cancelled orders are subject to our cancelled order policy and conditions listed under: Can i cancel my order?

Can I cancel my order?:

If an order has not been shipped out, you may contact us to cancel the order but you will be subject to a stocking fee of 10%. We cannot guarantee cancellation and you will not be charged the fee if we are unable to cancel order

Can I make a change to my order?:

Our system does not allow us to make any changes to orders. If you would like to make a change, you must re-place your order with the correct adjustment(s). Once your new order is placed, we will then cancel & refund your original order.

Can I  place a rush order?:

If customers wish to rush an order, please place the order first and send us an email at orders@PrettiesVenice.com. For expedited orders overnight we charge a  $25.00 handling fee along with additional delivery fees from the carrier. 

What is not eligible for return?:

Worn items are not eligible for return.

When will I receive my refund?: 

Refunds will be issued within 9 days of receipt of returned merchandise( may take an additional to appear on your account).  Pretties will be issuing credit back to payment method only. If an order is cancelled for any reason (out of stock/missing address/ delivery method) the refund will be returned to original payment method.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for International Orders:

If choosing the First Class shipping option, shipping averages 4-6 weeks but it is not uncommon for it take over 2 months for delivery.

International orders including a pre-order item will be shipped out together on pre-order shipping date.

Taxes, Duties, Customs & Fees:

The recipient is 100% responsible for all taxes, duties, customs and fees, charged by the recipients country of delivery. This varies between countries and can be 0% to almost 40%. 

We highly recommend you contact your postal service office for clearer information on duties and taxes or try and get a rough estimate through https://www.simplyduty.com.  Each country is very different!!!

Pretties is not responsible for customs clearance fees. We are also not responsible for holding times of packages by customs. 

***If an international package is not accepted or claimed by the recipient, the shipping service will return the package to us and once we receive the package back we can then refund you minus a 25% handling fee and the round trip shipping costs.  

What if I did not receive my package?

If you choose the First Class Mail option for International delivery, you will not be able to claim any insurance or be given a refund if the package shows as delivered. If you prefer to have insurance, please choose the FedEx express option. All insurance claims must be accompanied by a local police report filed and forwarded to us.

If you have not received your package and the tracking still shows as undelivered, you must contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. And you must contact your local postal service & file a missing mail report and forward to us.

If an address is filled out incorrectly and is considered undeliverable by your Country’s Postal Carrier , the order will be cancelled & refunded minus a 20% handling fee and shipping is not refunded once we receive the package back. Sadly getting international postal RETURN TO SENDER packages can take months. Please double check address!

International Returns: 

If you wish to make a return please email us at orders@PrettiesVenice.com and we will issue you a return authorization number which must be written on your return package. You will be REQUIRED to send us the tracking number of the RA package to assist us in the return and refund and we are not responsible for return packages that do not have tracking numbers. You will be responsible for postage. Refunds of Customs and Duties and VAT is the responsibility of the customer and you will need to contact your local government to obtain Customs and Duties and VAT refunds.

As the situation with Covid-19 has evolved, we’ve been adapting to new rules and guidelines as a company. While we are very excited to be returning to production, our top priority is the health and safety of our co-workers and customers. We have implemented strict rules surrounding hand washing requirements, as well as the up-keeping and sanitizing of work areas.
